Well I thought I'd pop in just to say I'm still doing this in theory.
At 4 and a half hours so far. I count my C25K's as half an hour and every 30 minutes aerobic walking on top of that as half an hour as well. Doing another half hour C25K today so I'll be at 5 hours down, 15 to go. I'm not going to hit 20 hours I don't think . I'd need to be doing nearly an hour every day which I'm just not going to have time to do atm.

Fell sick...then some stress..lost motivation...and then fell off the wagon...rather jumped off the wagon.. I am so upset with myself..
Anyways, 39 hrs till 7th feb + another 2 hrs 30 minutes till today..for a total of 41 hrs 30 min so far..hopefully will get some in today..
I've been pretty busy too, but have been updating my ticker and keeping pretty active.
Today has been the most beastly day so far though. I walked to the park, did 30 mins day one week one c25k, then a 45 minute spinning class with the hardcore instructor then walked home again. Now, more than 1.5 hours later my calves and lungs are still screaming at me, but it feels good!
I'm so happy to have this challenge, and I'm going to sign up for my first ever jogging rather than walking 5k for the end of May (hence starting c25k, AGAIN!) But I hope this time with all the other cardio and strength training going on i'll actually get past week 5!
You all are doing great and leaving me in the dust. This cold has been KICKING MY BUTT!!! Doing yoga tonight to ease back into a more rigorous routine.
Ya'll talked me right into it I need something to keep me motivated and off my rump. I have a job where I work for two hours a day and then sit on my rear for 6 hours a day just begging for something to do. I have a WII in the back room that I don't touch a TV that could have a workout video turned on and instead I sit here reading posts!!!!!
Now you got my attention. I am going to make the 250 hours no cheating myself (goodluck there) since I am going late I'm going to add a little time in if no one complains.
Last week I started Zumba and LOVED it. 60 minutes there
Went to Zumba again last night and still Loved it. 60 more minutes
Walked my lunch 30 minutes last week Thursday and Friday and yesterday. 90 more minutes there.
Guess that gives me a grand total of......210 minutes in the bank.

For me, I am very busy these days. I struggle to get in 4 hours of exercise per week, much less the required 5.5 hrs needed to make this goal. I will remain committed to it though and make the best of it. Hopefully my pressure will ease up soon....
