i cant wait to get back in town so i can logg my throw in, i be back tommorow, i just wanted to show myself real quick so everyone knows i didnt forget about there.

Twish, great job! :cool: I know once I got started and consistently used kettlebells, I moved up quickly or could do many more reps.

Babyphat, Glad to see you're in the swing of things. :D

I did another 500 last night, so that brings my total to 1,400. I'm hoping to hit 3,000 by/on Sunday.

10,000 - 1,400 = 8,600.

om i just did 400 straght and i was sweating bullets i felt like i did a 1hr workout, i cant stop sweating n matter how much i wipe my face off..........geeze i luv kettlebells

i swear my body is burning,but it felt good
not sure i be able to get any in over the weekend, but if i do it maybe 100-200 which is better than nothing.

Way to go, Babyphat! I also worked out with the trainer this morning. I'm hoping I'm not too sore tomorrow to get some swings in.

omg jenjen my thighs are killing me, i got down into that 2hand swing each time lol.......i now walk like a cowboy lololol, at lease i know im getting a full body workout...i hope it doesnt get worst tommorow, the good thing is its good pain lol which i love, i wont be able to do any more until monday but i was glad to get some in today since i realy excerise on a saturday..........but i am trying to swing my fat away lol

Babyphat, I'm really sore today--between the swings and the trainer workout, my entire body aches. I'm going to do my best to get in at least 200-300 swings. It might be 25 at a time though!!!

I'm not really sure how I got another 400 swings in. I only used the 15 pounder though the 30 pounder was just too daunting today.

u go jenjen work that body, i didnt get anything done yesterday i was soo beat i stayed in bed all day, my thighs was sore all day from doing the kettlebell video on saturday an friday lol

6800-550=6250

The soreness has pretty well gone away. I think the swings yesterday helped work out the pain and loosened up my muscles.

Babyphat, great job! I keep thinking about taking a rest day, but I'm afraid that I would slack off.
