Default suggested supplement

i start running since 3 months ago.. n now i lost almost 10kgs. with reducing food intake at the same time, which i take only 2 times a day (lunch n dinner with limited intake.. i usually skip my breakfast as i always running out of time.. work load!) my running routines is 4 days in a week.. minimum distance 3km (if i am soooo tired) and maximum is 6.5km. in fact i wana make it 10km for each run. my problem here... i always getting tired tho my stamina is still there n my heart beat also still in normal rythm, especially when my running reach 5km, i have to force myself to run till 6km. after 6.5km i cant run anymore coz my leg too tired already. anybody here could help me in how to encounter this problem? may b any suggested supplement? my weight now is seem to stop reducing. i believe if i increase my running distance i could reduce more kg. help me please.... (sorry if my english is too bad n hardly to understand)
