Here's how I look at it. Do it for now... if you plateau at some point, change things up.
I have been on 1300 cals for a while now, I eat more on exercise days if I feel hungry. I just got past a 14-day stall. I had changed my exercise from 35 mins of walk/jog intervals 3x per week to dancing (wii just dance and another dance workout game) and while they gave me a comparable calorie burn per my hrm, I suspect my body wasn't as happy. I went back to my treadmill workouts and have dropped 4 lbs in 5 days. Of course it could be a coincidence - I tend to "whoosh" - but had never stalled that long before (typical for me is 8-10 days).
