Default The 100 Workout

Has anyone else heard of this workout?
I'm thinking about starting it this week and tracking the difference it will make.
If anyone has done it or wants to do it with me, let me know!

It looks really intense, it might be good to add in to my flex day (friday) I will let you know how I find it.

Thanks! I'm about to start it now, I'm a bit nervous but I need to do something. I've been doing Zumba for the past year and it's starting to get a bit boring. I'll check in with you all tomorrow!!!!

P.S. for those of you who don't know the 100 workout I've posted it below

I figured if anyone wanted to know, here is the workout:
100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 leg lifts
60 jumping jacks
50 crunches
40 squats
30 leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
10 minutes of running

I'm wondering is 10mins of running just in place or go for a quick jog?

Good Job on finishing! I modified it a bit, as this is my first time exercising in forever. Did half of each set, plus 5 (ex. 55 jumping jacks to start). Did not run, either - instead, danced to two songs - I will work up to the whole thing, just hoping I can walk tomorrow!!

WOW! I just did it, and I've not been so sweaty after half an hour of work out as with this! Dang. LOL. Had to do the leg lifts a bit half arsed because I suck at them, but all in all was great. I also changed the last 10 mins for a crazy-*** dancing around the room for 10 minutes activity.

Found this somewhere: http://www.loserforlife.com/wp-conte...100workout.jpg

I am so sore from this it's not even funny. I think we may be on to something ladies. I did 10 minutes of merengue dancing. . .intense!

I did it last night and then did an 8mile bike ride afterward. My body didn't feel sore, but when I went to go for a ride today my body was pretty shot! It worked, just didn't feel it LOL.

I will keep working on this one. I think I might find different exercises to do with each on instead of just repeating them?
so do 100 jumping jacks, 90 crunches, 80 squats, 70 leg lifts, then 60 knee lifts as fast and high as possible and so on? add planks in there somewhere, pushups, etc.

I am definitely thinking this was a great find and is easily modifiable! Or for extra intensity do it 2 or 3 times with some planks and pushups in there. That would be one tough workout!!

We should keep this thread going and we can throw up what we did, whether the original or if we modified it. This would get some ideas going.

Keep it movin' chickies!!

I did it just now but replaced the running with high energy (lots of jumping) living room raving. I still definitely have a lot of energy left but since I haven't worked my legs in a while I don't want to hurt myself. Perhaps I will go dance some more

My joints hurt a tiny bit, but that's because I'm super sensitive in my joints and try to do low impact cario mostly. But it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Other than that I don't seem to have a muscle ache, but will see when I go to the gym in a bit!

Update: Wow, I really needed a long warm up to be able to do anything proper at the gym today. In the end I was full of energy and managing - but my muscles are sore now. I'm pretty sure the 100 workout is to 'blame' for that!
