Okay so I did: only once through. I thought I could do it twice, but my body is BEAT now!
100 jumping jacks
5 planks
90 crunches (45 regular, 45 reverse)
5 jumping burpees
instead of 80 squats I did 8 ten second wall squats (that was BRUTAL!)
50 butt kicks
70 alternating leg lifts (not the lay down kind, the stand and do one side at a time kind. 35 of each. I think I may work up to 70 of each)
75 butt kicks
60 jumping jacks
100 butt kicks
50 crunches (25 reg., 25 reverse)
100 butt kicks
40 regular squats
100 butt kicks
30 alternating leg lifts
100 butt kicks
50 jumping jacks.
I have not been this sweaty in a very long time! Or felt this exhausted. I also did 30 day shred beforehand, which I called that my "10 mins of cardio". I think the combo was grueling. I'm exhausted, but I feel so pumped!! My mind wants me to keep pushing and do another set but my body is screaming NO!!!
My goal is to build up to doing this 3 times in a row in 30mins (not including the cardio). One round took me 20mins with no cardio. Pretty sad huh!
