I am a member of a kickboxing gym called CKO! I absolutely love this gym. Prior ro my recent weight gain I was doing kickboxing 3-4 times a week. What is everyones imput on KB???
I love kickboxing! I go to a private gym 3 times a week to kickbox. All other days but sundays I walk 2 miles. I lost 17 inches my 1st month doing kickboxing...2nd month only 4 inches, but hey...Ill take it!!
I love it!! I only recently started, but love the studio where I go. So much fun, great trainers, and a fantastic workout. I'll definitely be continuing it when I move.
Just got in from my kickboxing class tonight. Man she really worked us out...whew. Supossedly the 1hr class burns 750 calories for a normal weight person. Hoping since Im not normal weight I am burning more than that!!
I'm glad to see so many positive reviews of kickboxing... I'm planning to start a class at my gym, Group Kick, next Wednesday... as far as I know, there's no bag work, so it might not be the best-best workout, but it's what they've got, & I'm excited to try it...
