6/1: Swim, 55 mins. Bike, 30 mins - shortened, it was pouring. 85 mins.
6/2 Swim, 60 mins. Bike, 75 mins 220 mins
6/3 Run, 39 mins (3.55 miles) Total 259 mins
6/4 brick workout - 18 miles ride, 4.5 miles run. 115 mins. Total = 373 mins
6/5 swim, 90 mins (at the pool for longer, but I did some sitting in the hot tub and such) Total = 463 minutes
6/7 run 30 mins (3.1 miles), bike 60 mins (16.5 miles, stationary bike). Total = 553 minutes.
6/9 run 35 mins (slow 3 miles over race course). Total: 588 mins
6/10 swim 120 mins (2050 yds in 55 min, then hour playing with #1 son) Total: 708 mins
6/11 bike 23 mins (6 miles)- Just riding enough to make sure my bike is in good shape for tomorrow's race. Tri time! Total: 731 mins
6/12 TRIATHLON - it was awesome. 81 minutes, total 812 mins
6/13 easy recovery run with #1 son 40 mins. Total 852 mins
