I'm really out of shape and I'm starting at the very bottom compared to the rest of you, it seems. But I'd like to keep track of my minutes regardless. I just bought a used recumbent exercise bike so that's what I'm doing right now. I'll probably add in exercise DVDs as I go along.

June 12: 12 minutes on exercise bike June 13: 13 minutes on exercise bike + 40 minutes hiking June 14: 14 minutes on exercise bike + 45 minute strength training DVD June 15: 15 minutes on exercise bike June 16: 16 minutes on exercise bike June 17: 17 minutes on exercise bike June 18: lots of mall walking June 19: 19 minutes on exercise bike June 20: helped friend move June 21: no formal exercise June 22: 22 minutes on exercise bike |
