May 1st--no exercise. I ate a huge breakfast though...lots of chewing.
May 2nd--400 cal burned on elliptical in around 30-35 min.
May 3rd--300 cal burned on elliptical in 25 min.
May 4th--forgot my sports bra on way to school--no exercise!
Edit: May 5th--It was soooo hot! I didn't exercise. Must run tomorrow and can exercise on Sunday to fulfill goal.

May 1 - Nothing, but I did go for a 6 km hike the day before, so I'm sure that can carry over right? lol
May 2 - Nothing (blah! it was pouring out)
May 3 - 20 minute walk (yay!)
May 4 - 20 min walk on treadmill at varying speeds and inclines (yay!)

3--Aerobics class 61 minutes, Walked in neighborhood 16 minutes
4-Cardio Blast dvd 30 minutes
