May 1st--no exercise. I ate a huge breakfast though...lots of chewing.
May 2nd--400 cal burned on elliptical in around 30-35 min. May 3rd--300 cal burned on elliptical in 25 min. May 4th--forgot my sports bra on way to school--no exercise! Edit: May 5th--It was soooo hot! I didn't exercise. Must run tomorrow and can exercise on Sunday to fulfill goal. |
