I actually left her class after 10 minutes the first time I went - vowing to never attend her class again! But I gave it another try because her class is ALWAYS packed - so I figured there must be something there.

fitkristi it's going alright. i'm so jealous of you. you've been busting out those cool training session like crazy. i wish i could afford a heart rate monitor or gym classes. :( keep working it girl! lol.

@joyfulloser sorry for your loss dear. heaven knows it's hard to get back on plan after something like that. it took me almost a two months to totally commit to my plan again when i lost my father in august. you're amazing.

I had my big workout day today, with two classes back to back. I need to eat a granola bar or banana or something in between because I kind of ran out of steam toward the end of the 2nd class (turbokick). |
