Mon, November 29, 2010 - NO WORKOUT...feeling lousy, TOM and feeling blah about my 1lb weight gain. Wouldn't feel so bad if it weren't for the FACT that I ate perfectly normal (low fat, low cal, no excesses), didn't miss a workout and GAINED!
I know people who ate their butts off and lost a pound...what's going on here????? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! End Rant.:mad: |

What??? you didn’t overeat on Thanksgiving??? You are awesome!!! Now, about the weight gain... it happened to me before. But you can’t let it get to you... Sometimes I feel like it happens to test you... to see how much are you committed! If you stick to your plan and work through this incident, you will see a bigger drop in the future. It happened to me feel times. And let me tell you... it totally worth the wait... Hang on there... you are doing a great job and will be rewarded by it. |

I totally crapped out this month. Haven't done any "formal" exercising since mid-month. I am going to work out tonight after work and will restart in the December challenge.
