Mon, November 29, 2010 - NO WORKOUT...feeling lousy, TOM and feeling blah about my 1lb weight gain. Wouldn't feel so bad if it weren't for the FACT that I ate perfectly normal (low fat, low cal, no excesses), didn't miss a workout and GAINED!

I know people who ate their butts off and lost a pound...what's going on here????? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

What??? you didn’t overeat on Thanksgiving??? You are awesome!!!
Now, about the weight gain... it happened to me before. But you can’t let it get to you...
Sometimes I feel like it happens to test you... to see how much are you committed!
If you stick to your plan and work through this incident, you will see a bigger drop in the future. It happened to me feel times. And let me tell you... it totally worth the wait...
Hang on there... you are doing a great job and will be rewarded by it.

Thanks again Bel for your encouragement!:hug: I think I'm just bloated, cranky and well hormonal!:p I feel better now after my run today..yeahhh!

Weights - 55 min
Recumbent Bike - 130 min
Eliptical - 105 min
Total Everything: 790 min

Tues (November 30)
Running - 70 min
Eliptical - 0 min.
Weights - 0 min.
Recumbent Bike - 0 min.
Total this session: 70 min

Total Everything this month so far: 860 min

I totally crapped out this month. Haven't done any "formal" exercising since mid-month. I am going to work out tonight after work and will restart in the December challenge.

Everyone has done a great job & is so inspiring!
