Well my long run this past weekend went great! The temperature dropped to about 60 which felt comfortable for running but it was raining hard! I was doing 11 miles, parts of it on a trail. It actually felt great to run in the rain, I had never done it before. I really not only really proud of myself for waking up early to go when I didn't think I would BUT the training schedule told me to run the Last 3 miles at my half marathon goal pace and I did!! I was so excited when I got to the end and saw the time I wanted for the last 3! Man it was a lot more tiring than my easy pace at that point, glad I kept pushing!
Today I'm suppose to run 5 miles uphill or on the treadmill incline of 3-5! Excited but I know I'm going to have to push!
