Thanks tiredalways. Sorry for that outburst. I agree that pushing a stroller for however long is exercise. I really jumped on here because I know I need to get going w/ a structured daily exercise plan. There are some extenuating circumstances that are holding me back. A major deadline and the resultant stress, which is making me grumpy.

I might should have waited to join in here. For the moment I am doing my best. I didn't work out today, but I was in constant motion taking care of business. I am working toward a structured plan. Thanks for being patient with me and I'll be back with better reports soon.

hey guys! I'm so all over the place with what I want to do for exercise. Monday I did 4.5 miles run/walk..I started the bridge to 10k but after the second 10 minute interval I was feeling it so ended up having to walk and run the rest..last night I came home from work late and working out was the last thing I wanted to do..I ended up heading over at like 9:30 and rocked out elliptical hills for 30 mins and then some squat/lunge work..today is going to be my day off! I had a facial this afternoon after work and well, my face feels too good to get it all sweaty.

The eating's been on point though..keeping calories in the 1200 range so hopefully it'll start coming off again. I am SO ready to see any number below 155.

Did 40 min heavy weights in the gym + 40 minute stroller/dog walk in afternoon, felt good.

@charleston424 & @sacha, you guys rock~~

@charleston424 ~ I wish I could get some time to go get some facial but with a 3 year old waiting to be with me all the time- I don't think its gonna happen anytime soon

I did 20 minutes of start it up [skipped the push-ups, just didn't have the heart to do it] and I am sure even rest, I didn't actually push myself to do right stuff but what matters for me is I did it. Atleast, I am developing habit of doing it.

Hoping for a better day tomorrow..

Did half of ramp it up today..couldn't do the full thing so I guess I still have to do start it up for few more days or so. Btw, I lost a pound so thats good news . Will see how it works out tomorrow with the day being Friday and my hubby coming home early from work and mostly bringing pizza on the way

Have a good workout everyone.
