My level has sweat has changed with my level of fitness. Pre-fitness I did not sweat...maybe I "glistened". Now I sweat and I sweat profusely!

I kind of like it! I never noticed before how cooling it is! So when I sweat at the amusement park it just makes me feel cool...like it's supposed to.

Me too. I was just noticing this recently and I wondered if that was supposed to happen or if it was just me.

I'm fair complected and in okay shape and I sweat a lot, like dripping sweat. The only time I actually accumulate puddles is when I go to hot yoga, but when I run I sweat through my tshirt and shorts...the whole thing. There are usually only a couple of dry spots. I think I used to sweat the same amount when I weighed 40 lbs more though. I always thought it was genetic, but who knows.

I do sweat. Not a whole lot, but certain areas of my body are much worse than others when I work out. But the no sweating thing, I understand because my mom never ever sweats. She's fair skinned, and a healthy weight. She can get very light headed when outside working in the heat. It's something my grandpa (her dad) has too. But luckily I take after my dad.

it makes sense, your body has to learn to become more efficient at cooling down. I hate 2 sweat too. The more i work out the more I start to sweat. That's just the way it is.
