Red face high calorie burning exercises?

Can anyone tell me of any high calorie burning exercises they may know of which I can do at home (this involves not running in public) any help will be apreciated thank you

Squats, lunges, jumping jacks, knee lifts, front and back kicks.

Calorie burn is increased if you incorporate the upper body as well-punches, overhead raises, etc.

Can you do videos/dvds? Kickboxing is an excellent calorie burner.
If you're not up to that, Leslie Sansone's dvds are a lower intensity but also good.

I agree with jump rope and kickboxing. Both are GREAT work outs. Or try some interval training if you're short of time..
