Sadly, I didn't have time to run this morning and it is currently pouring down rain with lots of lighting...

So this morning I was torn on which cardio to do today...the kick-my-own-butt intervals/SS 10k, or incline work. I considered this a sign. I am now sitting here in front of a fan, dripping sweat but satisfied that I've honored National Running Day!
