Did W2D1 of C25K. It was so hard and I wanted to quit and just walk it out which was surprising as like 3 weeks ago I was midway through W3. I know I have done pretty much zero physical activity in the last couple of weeks but it was a shock. I'm thinking of starting over completely or quitting the C25k for now but I'll try W2 again on Friday and see how that goes. I want to give it till at least W5 or W6 before I decide whether or not running is for me. Did 40mins of yoga. |

Hi everyone, just time for a quick check-in as I am still not feeling that great and I need to get to bed.
I really wanted to do my workout so I pushed through it tonight - Mesocycle 3, week 2 chest & back = 65 mins. Keep up the great work everyone! |

Ok so stayed on Plan. finished up the day with 24 min MFC. including warm up cool down. Then played with the Wii fit. For another 15 min.
I also did 15 straight leg raises on my perfect abs. I did 12 leg raises for either side of my abs. Then I did swing down bar pull ups. I did 10 of them. Then I climbed up on a stool and tried to hang from the pull up bar as long as i could. (not even one second). Eventually I will be able to hang there I think. |

I came to work WAY early today (6 AM). Nothing beats getting home early on a Friday :) Yesterday - Ab Ripper X and 4.4 mi run - completed Today - Weight Training and HIIT 20 mins Happy exercising everyone!! Don't give up. Keep moving!! :D |

Very motivating to see that everyone has been very active! :cheer3: Great job :cheer2: I am still struggling with this cold :mad: It has moved into my chest so it's making exercise difficult. I took yesterday off, but I did my cardio workout early this morning. I did 41 minutes on my Stairmaster and finished up with some ab exercises. This afternoon I am going to do disc 29 of STS, (legs), that I was supposed to do yesterday. |

today as my last chance workout!!! i wanted to get in 3 workouts, but only did 2. LAST CHANCE WORKOUT!!! Bike riding outside- 3.2 miles (33 minutes) (total calories burned - 175 calories (included from walking whilst grocery shopping) c25k week 1 day 2. total distance covered - 2.4 miles, total time (including extra walking) - 36 minutes. 170 calories burned. |
