August 8th - Stairmaster 30 mins + abs 9 mins.
I am glad that I took yesterday off as I had a lot of energy this morning and was able to push myself on the stairmaster. Welcome Skinnyjeans, glad you joined us :) Have a wonderful day everyone!! |

7--Bike to work and back, about 40 min/13K; 45-min yoga class
8--Walking around downtown, shopping 9--Bike to the gym and back, about 40 min/13K; 25 min HIIT on the treadmill (maybe 10 reps at 1:30 each); 60-min stability ball class |
I am not missing!
Busy with o.t. at work.... did gte in 3.5 yesterday and today with Angie and the brats.. you are all doing awesome! 7/50 MILES |

Welcome, Skinnyjeans!
Its been miserable out today. Its suppposed to rain for the next week, so its very humid,, plus the heat index is near 100* I just checked a weather map and it has a 70* over Memphis. I can look outside and tell them THAT is wrong! Hubby and I went to church, the library, Dollar Tree and TJMaxx and called it quits for the day. |

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: skinnyjeans! welcome welcome ! lovely to have you join us! the more the merrier!!! thats so awesome that you start to crave exercise and eat healthy. you will lose those pounds in no time then! -- my exercise today: i did a workout (not sure how long maybe 45minutes will time it next time) ab exercises, mainly using my ab roller. ab crunches, some stretches etc. then loads of squats with hand held weights. and arm exercises with the weights. -- see you all tommorow! love this group :) its so motivating. |
