No exercise planned for today. Hubby and I are trying to get some things done around the house, before my surgery on Mon. Hang pictures, install doorjam. and new doors for the laundry room! The excitement never ends!

HI new to this thread so will just jump in am finishing Week 13 of p90xTues.

Today: Stretch X p90x{1hr} Elliptical [30 min} Jillian Fat Boost Metabolism{50min} Abs of Stell 2000{20min} Trailhike with dog 500 ft gain {1 hr}

i'm afraid i dont have much exercise to report. but i am so motivated to exercise tommorow!

i only did 15 wall push ups today.

i agree with onderchic, WOW Deva, that is a heck of alot of exercise! well done you!!!

Finished 30 minutes cardio.

Total today = 1 hour cardio, 30 minutes free step and I went ahead and did the ab routine my bf had wrote up for me.

I count calories. I cut out all fast, fried and junkie foods. I exercise. I remind myself every day why I am doing this and that only I can control if I succeed or fail and I just plain ole refuse to fail :D

well decided to rest today. my love handles are very sore. It hurts to walk. plus I have been a little down today. I still have spotting (10th day) and no real Af. I feel broken. I have been VERY lazy today.
