way to go chic. I can't figure out what I want to do today. I was going to rst because I felt so miserable. But after my nap, i feel great. I just got done eating for the day at 7:00 pm. I'm thinking of walking, my son wants to walk with me. But it seems so slow, I probably can't powerwalk with him.

ok did 23 min of roller skating at a moderate intensity with the boy. the humidity is ridiculous I was not dripping sweat--more like POURING. I'm going to do some pilates and a shower!

CARDIO= roller skating around neighborhood with my son=23 min
PILATES/YOGA

back cramps, bb's sore...darn it. Sounds like TOM might find me after all!

I worked out REALLY LATE:

CARDIO (not on empty): stationary with tubing for arms=30 min

WEIGHTS ON FUEL

lunges with weights
squats with ball

arms (worked hard with tubing while on bike)
push ups

ABS
planks (regular and side)
