My fave exercise is walking, whether outside or in the gym. My body is not built for running, but I could walk forever, or until things start hurting, whichever comes first.

I get bored outside though, same houses, same trees, same birds

, not much variation in route, but at the gym, I plug my headphones into the receiver thingy and watch some TV, which makes time go super fast. To intensify my workouts, in order to get fit and in better shape, I've added the eliptical, weights, and a BodyFlow class, which combines yoga, tai chi and pilates. This keeps it interesting for me.
