That's the thing...there ARE so many theories. Some personal trainers say DO LOTS OF CARDIO & a little weight lifting. And some personal trainers say do VERY LITTLE CARDIO & lots of weight lifting.

The thing is you really have to find out what works for you & your body! Try one thing for a few months, if it doesn't work, try another thing. It sucks that you have to figure it all out, but that's all you really can do.

I've been fortunate that my boobs never sagged much, this may or may not be down to the fact that I work out my chest but, I didn't want to leave working out my chest and find out.

You should absolutely stay for weight training next time. Strength training helps your bones retain calcium and strengthens them. No matter your age, women who strength train show improvements in bone density, especially spinal bone. I feel you should take an overall, whole body approach, work on your abs now, you will feel the difference even if you cant see it yet. It improves your back too when you work abs. Chest, back, shoulders, arms, all of it...weights (doesn't have to be a lot) will improve your posture, especially for large chests. If nothing else just stay and watch for the education, any time you get to work with a trainer is a plus and a motivator.

Keep it up!
