Hey everybody, I want to continue doing the 10 min trainer ab workout, (IMHO-it is a great ab workout and comparable to an hr of intense ab circuit training) the problem is that I get halfway through the exercises (that have you supporting most of your bodyweight on one or both wrists) and my wrists hurt so much that I can't finish... so i skip ahead to the ones that I dont have to use my wrists for.. wait an hr, try it again, but my wrists still hurt, a lot .. I try again 24hrs later but now my abs are very very sore from the previous workout.. is there a way that I can do this workout without severe wrist pain?
