Default Run/Walk/Swim Challenge ~ FEBRUARY

Time to set those goals for FEBRUARY

I am still working out of the area, although I should be home most nights, but may not have much time with my commute. So I will stick with a lower goal than I would like.

Angie and I did 3.5 with the mutts along the beach this morning.

3.5/50 MILES

Good luck gals!

I said at the beginning of the year I was going to run 200+ every month. This month will be tough with the short month and the slower pace, but no guts no glory -

12.86/200

I am ready for a challenge! I need to get back in control. I am going to go with 50 miles - any way I can get them - bike or treadmill. I am impatiently waiting for my replacement bodybugg to show up so I need some motivation.

Nice to see you again EZ!

Ok I am almost 100% thanks to finally getting into the doctor, so I am upping my miles - well I am trying to finish out a lazyman tirathalon by the 15th so I have a lot of biking and swimming to finish out.

Did 3 miles on the TM this evening. Good start to the month!

Well hello TINAMAE good to see you again too! ENNAY since it is my birthday month I give the mother of my adopted grandkids a reprieve on 200 if needed! CAKSES I am so happy you are FINALLY feeling better!

Took the dogs for 2.5 today after work....did not feel like it! Driving 185 (round trip) miles and working all day makes for a tired Gary!

Wow, that tri sounds a lot more doable to me. I like running, I like swimming and I can do the 2.4 miles for this one, but the bike kills me. Especially since I can't bike outside because of the cold/ice/snow. And 112 miles in the gym...I'm just not enjoying myself. That is a lot of running though. Oh, the choices!

I got five miles on the bike this morning before work. I am trying to get back into the swing of things.

You guys are doing great. This tri thing sounds interesting.

So, today I took time off the tri thing and did some circuit training. My muscles feel all wobbly now. After I ran a very slow 2 miles (took me like 25 minutes, ugh). Tomorrow, back to biking and swimming!
