I got in 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday and 4miles on the bike...whoohoo.
53/50!! I actually made it through one of EZ's monthly challenges! Finally!

Never fear EZ! I didn't give up - in fact I kept going. I got in 1.5 miles yesterday and 2.5 miles this morning. I was up to the challenge!

Angie and I got in 3.25 with the mutts this morning to finish short of goal for the month...oh well...better tna nothing! Which is what I used to have!!
