You guys rock!

I'm finding such great inspiration, and learning a lot on this thread. This week I tried to make myself double my exercise time from 30 to 60 minutes. Epic FAIL! Completely rebelled and did nothing, so I guess I'm not ready for that yet. I read little snippets from Thin for Life frequently, and it was talking about how almost everybody who loses
and maintains exercises regularly, but a lot of them just do 30 minutes a day.
So today I'm exercising because I want to LOSE, and MAINTAIN my loss. And because 30 minutes is definitely better than nothing!

But then one day you are out walking with your friends and you suddenly realize they can't keep you with you anymore. Or you finally go for your annual check-up and all your tests come back way better than last time.
Thanks, that's a great encouragement, I will keep it up!
