I got in about 40 minutes of the Boot camp again before my DVD player started screwing up. I tried putting in the 35 minute Ab workout by BB too, and it wouldn't work at all. So I did some crunches on my resistance ball.

24 - 15 min yoga, trying a new pose. Which doesn't really count as exercise, but I'm putting it anyway
25 - 60-min hi-low class; 60-min stability ball class
26 - 45-min sculpt class; 30 min on the stationary bike
27 - 20 min on the treadmill; 60-min ashtanga class (I specify ashtanga instead of regular yoga because I am tired and sore now and am trying to feel like less of a wimp)

Tuesday 01.27.09 ~ 30 min Flirty Girl Fitness chair dance DVD, my list of crunches

Wednesday 01.28.09 ~ strength training, list of crunches

Thursday 01.29.09 ~ 30 min elliptical

Friday 01.30.09 ~ strength training, list of crunches

Saturday 01.31.09 ~ skipped....BOO!!!
