I just bought the DVD today so I'm down to try! Im a little worried cause I thought Cardio Max was a bit rough on the knees, hope this one is better. Im gonna try the first workout tomorrow. Heard nothing but good things about this DVD so I thought I would give it a whirl. It was a struggle to find it but after three stores I found one.
Thanks for the heads up on this threadf, but i think i am going to stick with mine starting today , i have trouble jumping in the middle , throws me of i am abit spazzy Thanks anyway
Nichole... I'm actually doing the BL-Cardio Max DVD (all the stores were out of the 30 Day Shred) - same concept though (3 workout levels), 3-5 lbs hand weights are optional, and if the jumping jacks/air skipping rope are too much on the knees, they (Bob) give alternate moves.
