Hey ladies! Nice to see so many of you doing this! Yeah...so, mine is still in the wrapper...Just had a crazy weekend...yeah yeah...just an excuse, but haven't done it yet. I actually have today off (OMG!) and I'm on my way downstairs to do week 6 day 3 of C25K. I attempted it on Saturday but didn't make it...so I'm doing that day over again. I will probably get Jillian out later today!

Couch to 5K. There are threads on here for it. It's basically a program to get someone "from the couch who has never ran before" to running a 5K in 9 weeks. Love it so far. Week 6 day 3 was the first time I had to quit. So I need to do that day over. There really is a difference from running on a treadmill compared to running outside in the cold!!!

No kidding about the difference. Even though it's only gotten to the low 50s here in Florida this weekend, I could tell a difference, even when I was just walking. I'm been forcing myself to go to the gym and do my running days on a better quality treadmill. Starting tomorrow I'm on Week 4, and every week I have to psych myself up to try. I just keep chanting in my head "Believe in the C25K". If it's helped so many other people become runners, it's got to work. If I have to repeat every week from 4-9 twice, fine, but I'm going to at least attempt it.

I did day 2 yesterday. It's still tough and I can definitely feel it in my arms today. How are you ladies doing?

I did day one yesterday..BUT with one hand weight! I can't find my other one for the life of me....I need to go buy another one! I also completed week 6 day 3 of C25K! Dix - Keep up with it! At the start of each week I was like, there is NO way I'm going to make it through that next run...I did have to do day 3 of week 6 twice cuze of the outdoor change but it was fine doing it indoors. I think I am going to do week 7 through 9 a couple of times working up my time.

Really liked the first day of the 30DS though. It's a good toss up from the running program. I'm looking foward to doing it tonight!

Congrats Dixied! I hope everyone is doing well. I still can't get through the first level without taking a few breaks, but I'm hopeful! Day 3 is down!

Just finished Day 3 (Phase I) - definitely a lot easier than first 2 days! I seem to have more energy for skipping rope! My goal for tomorrow is to do more of the push-ups properly (I think you know what I mean..."butt down" LOL!!)

Have a great day everyone
