My goal for October: exercise 6 days out of 7, including walking to work.
Monday 6: walked to work - 5 miles
Tuesday 7: ran to work - 5 miles
Wednesday 8: walked 5 miles
Thursday 9: ran 5 miles
Fri 10: walked 5 miles
Sat 11: nothing
Sun 12: more nothing
Mon 13: ran 5 miles
Tue 14: walked 5 miles
Wed 15: ran 5 miles
Sun 19: Ran 10 miles
Mon 20: short swim
Tue 21: Ran 3 miles
Wed 22: Ran 5 miles
Thur 23: Walked 5 miles
Fri 24: Swam 1 mile
Sat 25: Ran 3 miles
Mon 27: Walked 5 miles
Tue 28: Ran 5 miles
I really feel like this consistent exercise is making a difference, I've lost a good couple of lbs.

60 min cardio (10 min warmup, 40 min HIIT, 10 min cooldown...kicked my own butt!)
80 min FB strength (upped some of that too...what can I say, I was crazy active today).
