June 2 Aquacize class 55 minutes, Walked at park 30 minutes
June 3 Aquacize 31 minutes, Eliptical 10 minutes, Stationary bike 10 minutes
June 4 Aquacize class 55 minutes
June 5
June 6
June 7
June 8 Treadmill 30 minutes, Stationary bike 20 minutes, Eliptical 10 minutes
June 9 Aquacize class 55 minutes
June 10

Walk, Sculpt, and Tone with Debbie Rocker 60 min. This one is rated intermediate and I kept up, more or less. I'm feeling stronger.

I just am just so pleased with myself: I went on a work trip last week, knowing I would be sitting in meetings all day...and eating buffets for lunch and dinner, and eating 3-course (or 4-course) meals for dinner. Oh yes, and the empty calories of yummy wine... So I planned to exercise every day. And I did! I was the only one of us who did too--I kept looking for my colleagues in the gym and only saw someone the first day. Go me!

I haven't been on i awhile but I've been doing my exercises. I completed a 2 mile watp video this morning and I'm proud to say that I have reached my first goal of 25 lost! I need to update my ticker.
