  • 60 minutes walking. My feet, legs and hip are hurting tonight. I could use about 12 or more hours of sleep.
  • So, I'm just updating my original post instead of posting again and again, is that okay?

  • Walk, Sculpt, and Tone with Debbie Rocker 60 min. This one is rated intermediate and I kept up, more or less. I'm feeling stronger.
  • 45 Treadmill (HIIT)
    6 mins Elliptical
    4 min's Stationary Bike
    Strength training - 15

  • I just am just so pleased with myself: I went on a work trip last week, knowing I would be sitting in meetings all day...and eating buffets for lunch and dinner, and eating 3-course (or 4-course) meals for dinner. Oh yes, and the empty calories of yummy wine... So I planned to exercise every day. And I did! I was the only one of us who did too--I kept looking for my colleagues in the gym and only saw someone the first day. Go me!

  • I haven't been on i awhile but I've been doing my exercises. I completed a 2 mile watp video this morning and I'm proud to say that I have reached my first goal of 25 lost! I need to update my ticker.
