Our weather is way too cold (30s) for me too! On Friday my feet were so cold that frrom my toes all the way past the balls of my feet-- painful then NUMB. That happened in the first 2-3 miles. So, I decided to get thru the 6 miles loop and then for the second 6 miles (I was planning on 2 x 6m loop.) I would go on back home and hit the treadmll. By the time I completed 4 and 5 my feel were back and I was actually comfortable, but I had already gotten very psyched about the idea of running in shorts and sports bras only in my basement-- while watching TV

. So ,that's what I did!!
Only thing is, I find it WAY to easy to stop or slow to walk on a treadmill. I did push myself-- but for me, it is soooo much easier to do longer distances outside.
