Yowza! That sounds like it might be somethign I'd do, though. Thanks for the idea! :)

I'm gonna start posting here, too, since I need to be accountable this month.

Yesterday (6th): 30 mins elliptical intervals, 20 mins upper body weights
Today (7th): 30 mins treadmill HIIT, stepups, pushups, pikes, crunches.

Saturday I didn't actually work out at the gym, but I walked about 5 miles shopping. Does that count? :)

Actually I do think I needed the day off, as my whole body was quite sore from the past week's workouts. Today I feel much better and am going to hit the 5 p.m. yoga class at the gym.

Shy Moment 05-11-2008 10:47 PM

45 min on the elliptical and a ton of cleaning.

I'm debating how to count Saturday...I delivered floral arrangements for mother's day. All day long. Granted, a lot of it was car riding...but tell me it isn't exercise to stand at someone's doorstep for 5 minutes holding a giant vase. My shoulders burned.

BlzMaxGnrCCJkMly 05-12-2008 09:42 PM

Yesterday (Monday):

30 mins HIIT on the elliptical
Started to do arms and upper body with weights, I managed a set of overhead presses (skull crushers) and a set of biceps curls with the ez-bar, and then I had .. um ... a TOM issue. So I wound up going home instead.

*sigh*

Today I'll be better prepared.
