Still haven't finished
but it seems like maybe I'm in good company - it sounds like many of of are faultering a bit right now.In my case, I (like Fluffy) took a week or so off 'cause my hips were hurting. More specifically, my IT band was getting overstressed. Then I started having back trouble (rib and low back), so I extended my rest. And here I am, still not ready to go back out there. SOoooooooo frustrating. And I am about to starte traveling again, which makes training tough. poo.
Mayness - sorry to hear you took a break too, but all in all, I'm kinda glad you're still here!
We'll make it - we just have to keep trying!!!I dunno, but having an overuse injury kinda made me feel like a real runner again - not that its a desirable thing, but for some reason it takes the edge off the ouchies to know they came from trying too hard!
