L, Have a terrific time. You sure seem to be the girl on the go these days. Enjoy!

ennay, You never cease to amaze me!

Liligurl, That's awesome news. I'm so happy everything is moving in the right direction.

Everyone is doing a terrific job!!!

Helen, I miss you.

I got in 65 min on the TM yesterday for 4.25 miles. The weather here is just so darn depressing. It rained and blew last night like the house was gonna topple and the weather screen shows nothing but rain and or snow and ice for today again. It's just not right to take us from 62* with loads of sun one day and then in the 30's and rain for the next week. All I have to say is, "those May flowers had better be some beauties!"
Have a great day!

I'm thinking I'm going to walk to pick up DD today.. the sun's actually out! I didn't do anything yesterday - I just wasn't feeling it... but I'm feeling the sluggishness today because of it. I'm also going roller skating w/ DD and my niece tonight... that should be FUN! I haven't been in literally 15 years!!! I'm going to be S-O-R-E When I do the 3FC 5K tomorrow!!! Hopefully I've lost more inches this week... I hear the 12/14s calling my name!

L, Gary started a 3FC 5k for this weekend. There's a link at the top of this page. There are almost 200 people signed up!!!

Enygirl, Have fun rollerskating! You're making some terrific choices! Yeah you!

Exercise for me has been all indoors. I'm hating it, but yet I'm feeling good soooo, 30 min on the TM today for 2.25 miles and 1 hour yoga burn with Rodney Yee.

10 hours 50 min of 30 hours

Ok - I did walk to get DD - I even took the "long way" - an extra .3 miles.. So I added another 1.8 for today. I'm just SO glad that the storms and tornado weather held off long enough for us! It started to rain about 15 mins after we got home!

We're not going skating tonight - my niece had something come up.. it's so tough to balance the social calendar of an 8 year old! DD and I are going tomorrow morning instead - it's her first time ever skating - and tomorrow is only kids 10 and under - better time - and 1/2 the $$ So that'll be from 10:30 - 12:30. Then After we're doing the 5K... It'll be a GREAT exercise day!

I'm quickly making up for the first week of the month that I didn't walk my mile a day. If I keep pushing myself I'll BEAT my goal!

Just finished our 5K at 49:29. We actually did 3.2 miles so I've added them to the ticker! Only 17.2 more to go this month!

A beautiful day here. I took the dogs out for 3.1 miles after church for another 3FC week-end 5K, then since Angie is in New York, and no games on yet I jumped on the treadmill for 4 miles and watched 2 Leave It To Beavers

39/75 MILES
