No LOVNMOM...I have never gone to yoga with Angie...don't think I ever will! We are building a new gym and community center at church in the next year+, she plans to be able to teach yoga, to members in the congregation, by the time it is completed, we have been saving a little for her training.
We love brats....if we don't put them on a roll with mustard, etc. we dip them in a sauce of cumin~paprika~worcestersire sauce and ketchup!
No miles for me in the last 3 days....over time at work then this afternoon we sat with our Vicar at church...watching the internet...to see where he would get his call...then we all went for pizza!...humm..I better get going on those miles! Not going to happen tomorrow either...daughter is defending her thesis for her Master's...a must see for dad!!

That's exactly why I changed my goal this month though. So, when the mood hit or the weather is right for something other than walking I can feel comfortable doing something different rather than worrying if I get my miles in or not. I hate not making my challenge. You're doing really well. Have you always been active and started challenging yourself here, because you wanted to walk and run more or are you a beginning exerciser?
