I'm guessing KatieK meant Lower Body Weight Lifting.

Welcome to the accountability group!

So far:
20 min walk to grocery store and back (and back, I was carrying two bags of cat food! Ooof, I was loaded up like a sherpa).

60 min total body strength (trying to get back into a 2x a week habit, I'd been at 1x per week too long).

Planned:

50 min elliptical

Today, I tried running at lunch time (only 3 miles today, my sister came along to walk, but her knee was gimpy, and she seemed bored watching me go round the track), and FBWO (full body workout) with weights a few hours later. That seemed to work better than doing the weight lifting first. We'll see how I feel tomorrow, but I'm hoping that I'm past the beginner "fatigue" stage with the weight lifting.

Dea, congrats on starting the C25K! That's how I got into running and I love it! The skating I do is just for fun/fitness, mainly jam skating, which is a recreational style of dancing on skates.

Lots2go, welcome to the thread! Looks like you're doing great! I do 15 crunches every morning, before I climb out of bed. (only way I remember)
