  • Ran/walked 5K today
  • 60 mins on the elliptical last nite.
  • Made it to spin class this am

    And weight circuit & sit ups on exercise ball. Treating myself with some fresh cut fruit (watermelon) from the local deli & some nonfat yogurt (french vanilla, my favorite flavor) I brought from home as a reward for getting up at 5am.
  • I spent 2 hours washing cars by hand and I am going to the gym for a 30 minute BRISK walk.....
  • 5k (HIIT) on the treadmill (55 minutes) 5 minute cool down.
    15 minutes abs, crunches, lunges
    15 minutes Weights, arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs.
    5 minutes stretching.
  • 55 min elliptical
  • 60 min. strength class
    lots of walking
  • elliptical - 35 min/547 cal
  • 30m run and 30m yoga
