ahhh, between starting this month late, sick kids, and flipping a house with my DH, I am really bad this month
One measly little mile on friday 46.3/75 okay, so that means I have to do 5.75 each day if I am going to make it....ummmm.....not sure about that, but I will pledge to do some every day. |

ceegee, Some every day. That's my real goal. Great job!! 2 on the TM and 20 min of yoga yesterday and 4.5 outside today. 61.5 of 72 miles 9 of 9 strength dvds yippee - that is a very satisfying accomplishment! I had put off any exercise, other than walking, for so long. |

3 on the TM. It almost killed me. No sun today, plus the wind is whipping at 18 mph so it feels barely above zero again. The SAD has got me today. The miles did help some, even though they seemed forever all alone here in the living room. My plans for tonight are watching TBL with a glass of wine. 2 at the most. I have a lot of errands to run tomorrow and other stuff so, there will be no time for boo hooing. Thank goodness!! I'm right on track to just make goal.

Thanks for asking, I am run auctions this time of year for schools and it is really busy. I am running 1 working 1 and a school i worked with last year called agian for help. So i spend a ton of time on e mail,and the auction websites and 3 of them at that, so lots to do on top of keeping the kids hapy with family game nights homework and activities...nothing any other working mm does but it makes for little chit caht time :) I am also so dissapointed in my walking this month. The weather has been bad, I have't gotten to the Y with so much work and well excusses! I should do better next month. we are going to visit the outlaws in NC and I love to alk on the beach and there is a really nice 5 mile walk and since it is so flat I make record time! it took me an hour to do the 2 miles this moring because of all the slush and snow, but you have it worse so no complaining for me. Off to spend a little time with my son before bed and then more work :) |

L, I don't think my weather makes my situation worse than your's. You've got a lot of hours spent at work. If you don't count my volunteer stuff I only help my hubby out at work 10-12 hours a week lately. Freeing me up more. I think it's amazing that you can work, make time for game nights, keep your family happy, all the other chores that come with being a mom, and still make time for exercise. Spring will make everything easier for all of us. I can't waite!

On Tuesday: 0.4 miles at 10 MPH on the treadmill (got inspired by TBL), in two short segments! Then 0.3 miles on a HUGE incline (15%) on the treadmill.

I haven't posted since 2/25 so I have a little catching up to do...
Mon... 7 miles Tues...6.5 miles Wed...8.5 miles = 95 miles..so I need to do 5 today to make goal... 95/100 I forgot how much I loved running, glad to be back at it, However today when I go back for my 2 week eye check up I am not telling him I have been running...:p I"m hoping to hear those magic words...... "You can go back to a full gym workout including SPINNING CLASSES,":carrot::carrot: I miss the gym, weights and my spinning classes...ahh the good ole days. The eyes are doing great, hoping for a good report today, fingers crossed.;) |

Out of town for a couple of weeks with work ~ long days so no walking after work ~ I got home yesterday and took the dogs for a 3.25 miler ~ missed goal for the month...dang!
