I knew what I was doing when I picked the snail for my ticker. :):):)

But every mile counts, especially when it's over 90 degrees out and the humidity makes it feel like 100 -tomorrow we're supposed to have a cold front - a high of "only" 83!

Walked the dogs for almost 2 miles then 1 1/2 on the treadmill today.
