Tuesday...3 mile walk, 2 mile WATP & mowed back yard yard (50 mns.) Wednesday...2 mile WATP & 30 minute walk at mall (it rained, lol) Thursday...3 mile walk so far...thinking about another 3 miles this evening. |

GOOD JOB on the workouts everyone!:carrot::carrot: Didn't do another 3 miles yesterday after all...but, I did go ahead and do the 2 mile and the 1 mile WATP. Whew! I thought the 2 mile was a workout but I think the 1 is worse! Today...my usual 3 miles around the neighborhood this morning. It was a little chilly this morning, brrrr. But I warmed up quick enough. Came home and did the 2 mile WATP. |
