I posted this to the wrong forum before - sorry, got lost!!!

I am looking for info on the Power 90 workout program. Is it worth the money??? What is it like/about???? Do they also have a eating plan you must follow???? Please any and all info appreciated.

I got the Power 90 tapes..........but I'm so lazy I've only done it once

I like Tony Horton- he isn't too perky. From what I can tell, I'll like the tapes and they'll work, BUT ONLY IF I USE THEM.

You'll need weights or exercise bands- I got the bands. There is a booklet of tips and Michi's ladder ( rates foods from best to worst health wise).

Overall, pretty good. Definitely better than Tae-Bo. That guy made me nuts!
