  • Yesterday: 45 min bike ride through the bucolic wheat fields and vineyards. Only 315 calories. Boo!!!!!

    Today: Gym ADD: 16 mins each of treadmill, bike & elliptical (450 cals)
    Upper body weights.

    Later I plan to take my dog out for an hour long walk. That's usually good for a few calories.

  • This weekend: Nothing formally "countable", but it was a very active weekend. Friday we went out with friends, and I danced the night away. Saturday we started our big spring cleaning project - cleaning out closets, under beds, cabinets, etc. Lots of big lifting, hauling, etc. Sunday was more cleaning - this time the scrubbing, disinfecting, etc. variety.

    Today so far: 60 min strength training.

  • Well, my ankle isn't 100 percent but it feels good enough to do a little exercise. After not exercising for a week I really miss it!

    My body is feeling the need to move today, which is unfortunate because I am slammed in meetings. But I've been doing yoga poses in my downtime for a total of 30 min. Not a ton, but something.
