Thanks, Spunkster! I ran it in 31:19, which is really good for me, especially since it's my first 5k, so I'm really excited!

Today I did two sessions of 20k on my new bike, I loved it!!!! It was an awesomely beautiful day too... Inbetween the two rides I washed windows...According to Fitday I burned 1237 calories :D... Life is good!! Plus food was good too :dance: |

I have to do it around 4 pm now and it's WAY hard to motivate myself that late in the day. I like doing it @ noon much better..... |
