  • Saturday - 30 min treadmill, 15 min bike
    Sunday - 30 min treadmill, 20 min bike
  • I usually never exercise on the weekend (Sat & Sun) but today was just so warm out and there was no wind, so I hit the road for a 40 minute walk.
  • After a busy weekend with no more exercise than a bit of dancing at a party, I'm back with a vengeance this week. 60 min elliptical.
  • Core workout... 50 mins...
  • Accountability for me!
    Now I LIKE this idea! <- and the cool carrot.

    I need accountability, and what a great way to have it. Just a real quickie post, nothing fancy, every day. OK, I'm in.

    I finally get to post in this thread again! I've had a nasty upper respiratory infection that's really kicking my butt, and I haven't done anything since my run last Tuesday!!

    Today I did a 50 minute treadmill walk (still no running, sadly).

    30 min LB. Since its v-day tomorrow and Sarah's (floral designer partner) won't be home until 3am or so, am planning to get in both cardio and an UB/abs workout tonight. Figure I don't have anything else to do...Also, I have a sneaking suspicion i have a cold coming on, so I want to get as much in as possible workout wise today.

    Workout: Mix of aerobic boxing and weights, pilates, and more weights for arms.

  • treadmill: 2.25 mile run; 1 mile walk
  • Bah - so much with my "back with a vengeance" plan. Sick, sick, sick, so I'm trying not to push it too hard. Wednesday - 55 min on my rebounder, Thursday was a full-out sick day and I did nothing but sleep, and today, 55 min rebounder and maybe something else a bit later.
  • No exercise for me today...Tomorrow a 10k run I think...

    Mandalinn -- Get some sleep and drink your fluids and take a day or two break, it does a body good...
