  • 45 min WATP (did you know they had these on Comcast OnDemand? Crazy!)

    I just can't sit still, sick or not...but it wasn't too strenuous.
  • mandalinn, I hope you feel completely better soon! I think I'm FINALLY over my sickness.

    Today I ran 3 miles (group run) and did 20 min strength training.
  • 8.69k run...
  • I bought a stability ball at Target today and it came with a 10-minute solution DVD. Did the 10-minute abs workout, and got a big reminder that I need to work on my core and my balance!
  • 4-mile run and 60 min yoga DVD
  • Still on my "not exactly going to the gym but still working out" kick while my cold subsides...1 hr 45 min roller skating (I totally brought out my inner kid - so fun - then fell over when I learned that, according to fitday, i burned more than at the actual gym!)
  • Roller skating sounds like so much fun, mandalinn!!

    today: 55 min elliptical
  • It WAS fun! Today I went 55 min on the elliptical.
  • 2.5 mile run outside
  • 45 min LB/abs

    Will do 55-60 min on the elliptical later.
  • 45 mins chest and triceps
    6 k run
  • 60 min elliptical
  • 45 mins of a variation of lunges I got in the Oxygen magazine...
    35 mind swimming in a few minutes...
  • 3 mile run
  • 55 min elliptical, 55 minutes UB/abs with trainer
