45 min WATP (did you know they had these on Comcast OnDemand? Crazy!)
I just can't sit still, sick or not...but it wasn't too strenuous.
mandalinn, I hope you feel completely better soon! I think I'm FINALLY over my sickness.
Today I ran 3 miles (group run) and did 20 min strength training.
I bought a stability ball at Target today and it came with a 10-minute solution DVD. Did the 10-minute abs workout, and got a big reminder that I need to work on my core and my balance!
4-mile run and 60 min yoga DVD
Still on my "not exactly going to the gym but still working out" kick while my cold subsides...1 hr 45 min roller skating (I totally brought out my inner kid - so fun - then fell over when I learned that, according to fitday, i burned more than at the actual gym!)
Roller skating sounds like so much fun, mandalinn!!

It WAS fun! Today I went 55 min on the elliptical.
45 min LB/abs
Will do 55-60 min on the elliptical later.
45 mins chest and triceps
6 k run
45 mins of a variation of lunges I got in the Oxygen magazine...
35 mind swimming in a few minutes...
