Exercise Accountability -- FEBRUARY!!

  • 40 min elliptical...I started out ok, but ended up getting really weak and dizzy and having learned my lesson re: pushing onward when you're not feeling well, I stopped.

    Hopefully its just an off day...otherwise, I might be getting sick. Ick. Off to drink some tea.
  • 3.5 mile run/walk on the treadmill (2.5 miles running)
  • This afternoon - 45 min LB/20 min abs
  • 55 min elliptical.
  • Only cardio today.
  • 60 min on the elliptical
  • 30 min bike
  • Monday -- Legs
    Tuesday -- nothing
    Wednesday -- Chest and triceps
    Thursday -- Back and biceps
  • On Sunday I tried those tabata squats and my legs were really sore until yesterday. Today, I had a personal best in squats. I am so going to feel it tomorrow.

    Tomorrow I'll walk my dogs for an hour, and on Saturday I'll lug three 50 pound bags through three airports. Sunday is my day of rest.

    So far, so good. I just need to up my water intake. I wake up feeling like a mummy!
  • 45 min elliptical, 15 min bike
  • 30 min treadmill
  • Weights for arms, and pilates.
  • 8.78k run
  • 40 mins
  • Belly dancing in my room for 1 hr today.
