Anyone here use a fitbit flex? I have one and I do use it to track my steps each day. Is there a better way to use it? Am I missing some of the benefits of it?
I had started with a calorie tracking website a long time ago and didn't want to have to change. I've found a website called fitmess.com that allows you to connect your fitbit stats with your other website. I happen to use FatSecret but I think it will link to quite a few others as well. You just need your ID for both sites.
I track EVERYTHING via the fitbit app! Food, water, exercise, steps, sleep if I remember. It definitely also helps to just keep me motivated to move more!

Same here. I lke that it reminds me to ger in my water and to move. It's motivating to keep the chart updated.
